Where it comes from
The superscript ³ looks like lips pushed out sideways, which is why 3 and ε are the usual kiss mouths in kaomoji, as in (*^3^). The closed eyes ˘ come from the breve accent mark.
When to use it
Send it to a partner, close friend or family member to say thanks, good night or love you. It is too intimate for coworkers or people you barely know.
Examples
- Good night ( ˘ ³˘)♥
- Thanks for the snacks ( ˘ ³˘)♥
