1. What is prohibited
Users must not use Kawasuta to post, share or promote any content or behavior that sexually exploits or endangers children. This includes:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form, including text descriptions
- Sexualizing minors, or grooming or soliciting a minor
- Sextortion, trafficking or any other exploitation of children
- Links or references to such material
This applies to everything users can write in Kawasuta: nicknames and the one-line messages shown on leaderboards, in the league and to friends. The app has no photo upload, no private chat and no direct messages.
2. How to report in the app
Long-press another player’s row on a leaderboard and choose “Report”. You can also choose “Block” to hide that player’s name and message on your device.
You can also report by email to [email protected]. Please include the game, the nickname and, if possible, a screenshot.
3. How we act
- A message reported by several players is hidden automatically, before any review.
- We review reports and remove content and records that break these standards, and stop the player from appearing on our boards.
- When we find apparent CSAM, we report it to the relevant authorities — the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and the police or the Internet Hotline Center in Japan — and preserve what the law requires.
4. Compliance with the law
Kawasuta complies with child safety laws in Japan, where we operate, and in the countries where the app is offered, and cooperates with law enforcement.
5. Child safety contact
The Kawasuta team is the point of contact for child safety, including questions from Google Play about our CSAM prevention practices: [email protected]
