Where it comes from
It is a stronger version of the table flip. `Д´ is a classic Japanese angry face (Д is the Cyrillic letter De used as a shouting mouth), ヽ and ﾉ are the arms, and ┻━┻ on each side are the flipped tables.
When to use it
Use it when one table is not enough: a double fail, a total disaster in a game, or a joke about losing it. It is loud, so keep it for casual chats.
