༼ つ ◕_◕ ༽つ meaning
Gimme hands

Where it comes from

It is part of the same Twitch and Reddit meme family as the donger ヽ༼ຈل͜ຈ༽ﾉ, with Tibetan brackets ༼ ༽ as the head. The つ are outstretched hands and ◕ are big round eyes. It is often posted as "take my energy" to support someone.

When to use it

Use it to beg for snacks, spoilers, or a game drop, or to send support in chat. It is meme-flavored and a bit silly, so keep it to casual chats.
