Where it comes from
ง and و are Thai and Arabic letters that look like curled fists, ω is a small cat-like mouth, and ((( 三 ≡ are motion lines and afterimages of the fast jabs. The final ڡ (an Arabic letter) is another fist shape.
When to use it
Use it for playful fake fights, hyping yourself up before a task, or answering a friend's teasing. It is clearly a joke, but don't use it in a real argument where it may look aggressive.
